Simple Steps to Better Health


Instead of quitting your favorite foods simply add dark green vegetables to every meal.

Whether sauteed, steamed or raw you can add these healthy greens and reboot your health while still engaging in some of your delicacies. Eventually the nuances of adding veggies will become regularity as you mix flavors.


Suggestions: Kale, Broccoli, Asparagus, Lettuce, Spinach, Bok Choy, Arugula, Swiss Chard, Collard Greens, Celery, Leeks, Zucchini, Okra, Brussel Sprouts.

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 f.

2. Wash and halve Brussel Sprouts. (2 lbs) {Cut a little bit of the white ends of the brussel sprouts off, then lay flat on cutting board and cut into half. This will help quicken cooking time and also

3. Toss halved Brussel Sprouts in coconut oil. (3 table spoons)

4. Season with Salt and Pepper.

5. Roast the sprouts for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. I like overcooking them a little to get them crispy and charred.

6. Sprinkle with a teaspoon of nutritional yeast and serve hot and crispy!
